The renewed vacation rental concept is born in 2019. Started in the French-speaking Alps by Hermes and Mitchell from the need to boost bookings in low seasons. Using links with different software providers, great results were achieved. Anno 2021, in a completely new market the demand for vacation rentals has only increased. In the same year, the concept has been implemented in other destinations with great success, such as the Spanish coast and Italy.
Cozee has greatly improved its software and automation in recent years and is also active outside the mountainous areas of France and Switzerland. From our headquarters, all advertisements are closely monitored and we are available 24/7 for guest inquiries as is our local manager in all areas where we operate.
With Cozee, you can easily find your perfect accommodation. Whether you are looking for a large villa in the mountains, a luxury suite or a cozy cottage in the countryside you will be able to find what you’re looking for. For bookings, you will always have access to a local manager who will be happy to assist you with all your questions.
Each owner’s needs are different and we know that short term rental business can be demanding all year long. Because those needs can change at any moment, we are ready and willing to meet and exceed expectations in all circumstances for our current and future owners.
Sharing our passion & respect for Chamonix’ area with travellers is our leitmotiv. Hence we are proud to work with eco-labelled suppliers, whether it is for cleaning or guests cosmetic products. Everything we use is Eco certified, for the health of our planet.
